A Compalint about poor quality of shoes and customer services
The shoes I brought on March 5 from your shop in New Century Plaza has been worn out after only three days of use.
After three days of usage, I found out that there is a hole on my shoes. I do not know why the shoes was so easily worn out. So, I take the shoes to your shops and ask for refund. However, the salesman told me that he is not sure about whether the fault is caused by myself, so he did not offer a refund to me and he ask me in a poor manner to go out in a poor manner. I have used your product for several times and have always been satisfied with the quality. This is the reason why I am surprised at the quality of my shoes.
Since the shoes I have bought was worn out, I certainly hope you will offer me a refund and make improvement on your customer service.

We are sorry that the shoes you bought from us and the poor customer service were unsatisfactory .
Our quality checking department usually tires its best to see that every item is inspected fully before it is sent out. Unfortunately, your shoes were not inspected because one of our employees was negligent.
I have instructed our operation department to send you a new pair of shoes this week. They will telephone you to arrange a suitable time to deliver the shoes. (old shoes?)
For the customer service, we have set up a new guideline for the salesperson in the store .I am sure that the customer service will be improved.
We appreciate your patronage of our store and we want every transaction to be satisfactory. To show our goodwill, we are enclosing with this letter a $50 coupon that you can use with your next purchase from us
